Title: A look behind the scenes – an editor’s day-to-day work
Abstract: The editor of Chemistry – A European Journal will give an overview over the day-to-day work of a professional editor of a scholarly journal. How are referees chosen and how are decisions on acceptance or rejection made are just two of many questions that will be addressed. Moreover, it will be discussed what the most important things are that authors writing a paper should bear in mind.
